Home inspections: Are they scary?

You’ve finally found what seems to be the perfect home. It’s got all your must-haves and some of your nice-to-haves, too. While it may look great out the outside, it’s so important to figure out if it’s great on the INSIDE. No one wants to buy a money pit so that’s why the home inspection is such an important step. Often times, when my clients get to the home inspection part of the process, they naturally tend to stress out.
